Acceptance
By accessing portalhorizon.click or commissioning an audit, briefing, or related review from Portalhorizon, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage our services.
Services described
Pages describing audits, rates, and processes are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scope or engagement letter. Prices shown are guidance and may change with data complexity.
Intellectual property
Site content, including text, visual design, and original frameworks for listening reviews, remains the property of Portalhorizon unless a written agreement assigns rights. Deliverables created for a client are licensed for the client’s internal product and catalog use. Redistribution of briefs to third parties requires our prior written consent.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse contact forms, attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content for competing commercial reuse, or submit unlawful material. We may refuse or end an engagement if required data cannot be lawfully shared.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Portalhorizon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this site or from decisions made after receiving an audit. Our total liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Findings reflect the agreed data window and do not guarantee commercial outcomes such as chart position or subscriber growth.
Confidentiality
We treat client listening exports and unpublished catalogue plans as confidential, subject to legal disclosure requirements. Clients must ensure they have the right to share anonymised data with us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Johor Bahru shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, unless a separate engagement letter states otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
